Awesome music listening. Great fit. Won't fall off. Good for phone call from perfectly quiet room. Awful for phone call if there's any noise in your surroundings.

These headphones worked great for a couple of years. Then the battery case stopped working suddenly. When I contacted JLab they wouldn't warranty the case and offered me no options for replacement, not even purchasing a new case or a discounted price on a new set. I had wanted to stay loyal to the company in searching for new headphones, but now I'll go another direction. Good product - horrible service.

Sound is not very loud even at full volume,but they fit my small ears better than any other ones, good product for the price! They stay charged for an amazing amount of time which is a huge plus also!

I have been wanting ear buds for a while but I was a bit intimidated by all the choices and because it was a new item for me. I asked my daughter for advice and she recommended these. I have found them easy to use and a wonderful addition to my life. When taking a walk, they easily provide company and great programming for my listening pleasure. When I need or want to listen to music without bothering others they are a dream. Great purchase, great price, easy to use with great connectivity and a delight to have.
