De Sennheiser HD 490 Pro Plus is een open-back hoofdtelefoon die uitblinkt in neutrale, gedetailleerde geluidsweergave en een ruimtelijk geluidsbeeld, ideaal voor professioneel mixen en mastering. Het draagcomfort is hoog dankzij het lichte ontwerp en de zachte, verwisselbare oorkussens. De set bevat twee soorten wasbare pads en handige extra’s zoals een extra hoofdband en de dearVR MIX-SE software. Door het open ontwerp is er geen geluidsisolatie en lekt het geluid sterk, waardoor deze minder geschikt is voor gebruik in lawaaierige ruimtes of bij opnames. Een gebalanceerde kabel wordt niet standaard meegeleverd. Over het algemeen wordt de HD 490 Pro Plus geprezen om zijn geluidskwaliteit en comfort, maar het open karakter brengt duidelijke beperkingen met zich mee.

These cans deliver detail and dynamic sound. They are extremely comfortable and lightweight. Will be using for mixdown and mastering. Also worth noting is the available vst suite that is available for free from Sennheiser which, among other things, has a model specific setting giving more control over the mix. Recommended

I am well pleased with the 490 pro plus as you have a very good storeage case i bougth this set after the good reviews on you tube i wasn't disapointed they light weight and very comfortable and good vaule

Excellent headphones. Amazing sound once broken in, with a good emphasis on bass which is unexpected for the brand. They look amazing!

These are good. Upgraded from the 380 Pro and they are a lot better. Good all round sound and balance and comfortable to wear

Wow, what an excellent set of reference headphones! So much detail compared to my old dt770’s. and so comfortable! Long sessions are no problem.
