Terrible customer service, have been trying to discuss this since receiving the item in February and received one short response with no follow up. When I first opened the box, the plastic sticker on the watch face was half off the face and the watch was not midline in the box, as one would expect a brand new watch to be. Sure, the watch may move during transit, but the plastic coming off the watch face? Not to mention, I have a collection of high end watches with a leather strap, none of which were ever as stiff as this watch was/still is. Save your money and move on, not worth the hassle.

Arrived on time. Very nice presentation. A Christmas gift for our grandson and he was very pleased.

I should have trusted my gut. I have worked with watches for years including Burberry. This is definitely NOT a real Burberry product. Do not waste your money. Returned
