Don’t waste your money. Stopped printing after 5 months of light use. No longer recognizes a cartridge inside of it despite going through an entire of new box of cartridges. Tried to reset via the button, camera and app, firmware updates (which you have to buy a SD card to do), fully powered, etc. So disappointed as the whole purpose of this camera is to be able to print from it. Warranty is a joke and of no use.

do not order online for delivery some reason my location has these in stock however they sent mass texts out saying it has been delayed and ended up canceling the order.

Terrible quality. For the price, I thought the pictures would have decent quality but the lighting is terrible.

I never write reviews but here we go. I got a notification on my email and my order was marked delivered 1:42pm, feb 5th. Got back home from work and didn't find anything. The picture taken as evidence is literally some random boxed looks like tossed on the street. Further my ring camera doesn't show a soul at my front door around that's time. I clear knew they lost the package or delivered at the wrong address. Called customer service, talked to 3 people each one of who kept me hold for 15-20 min each reason being "this is a high valued item, I will need to transfer you" the last lady after long hold just said, our team will need to investigate what happened and it will tak 5-7 days and they can refund or resend the item right now. What a crooked company. Literally 5 min later I get a email saying "they confirmed that I he order was fulfilled as expected and they cannot do a refund" They literally just stole my money.

Got this for Christmas and just wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. It could 100% be user error but the pictures never tuned out good and the camera itself felt very cheap. I ended up returning it.
