This is exactly what I was looking for. I was going on a trip to Alaska and my other waterproof was just an Arcteryx shell. The Dubliner has a small amount of insulation. It is waterproof. The only think I would change is sturdier zippers (even thought they're YKK) and one or two inside pockets. Great jacket.

I gifted it to my mom for use in Iceland, it’s just perfect. Wind proof, waterproof and warm enough during summer months.

Great jacket. I wear it when I am not too sure if I will be cold. It is great in wet weather as well with windy conditions. I like the hood as well. It comes in handy during many times. I think it is a good value.
