De Thrustmaster T248 is een uitstekende keuze voor beginnende simracers die een realistische force feedback en sterke pedalen zoeken zonder direct veel geld uit te geven. De magnetische pedalen en het digitale display zijn grote pluspunten, net als de eenvoudige installatie. Wel zijn de paddle shifters erg luid en voelt het stuur soms wat korrelig aan door het hybride aandrijfsysteem. De plastic behuizing en het ontbreken van modulaire opties zijn duidelijke minpunten. Voor deze prijsklasse biedt de T248 echter veel waar voor zijn geld, vooral als je overstapt van een controller of een instapmodel stuur.

The price difference is unthinkable, it's 100 € compared to the Boulanger shop to name but one, so I've lost confidence and it's a shame but the product is still top notch.

Great feel, smallish wheel in my big hands but the buttons and shifters feel good. The supplied quick wheel mount isn’t very strong. Plenty of force feedback, don’t think I’ll need to upgrade for awhile!

Excellent product. Some of previous review mentioned that material feels cheap but in my opinion is very good. Highly recommended.
