Supposed to be easier on the skin however its definitely a worse shave than the normal blades, always leaves my neck cut and sore no matter how I shave.

This is the second one of these I have ordered first came with a spare blade. This one didn’t have a spare with it. Looked into contacting Philips but that was going to be far too much hassle. Good product, works well but disappointed I am going to have to buy spare blade separately

amazing, orders of magnitude better than the default blade that comes with the phillips one razor. Very smooth with minimal irritation and strong performance. I cannot comment on the durability but so far I think this represents good value for money.

Received a damaged blade, contacted customer service only to be frustrated more. Renz R., the customer service representative sure made it sound like I'm asking for a freebie.
