De Philips HP6393/00 is een compacte en lichte trimmer, ideaal voor onderweg en geschikt voor het bijwerken van gezicht, wenkbrauwen, oksels en bikinilijn. Dankzij de meegeleverde wenkbrauwkam en pincet kun je nauwkeurig werken. Het apparaat is eenvoudig schoon te maken met de borstel. Let op: de trimmer is niet waterdicht en werkt op een AAA-batterij die je regelmatig moet vervangen. Sommige gebruikers merken op dat het apparaat moeite heeft met dikker haar en dat het materiaal wat fragiel aanvoelt. Over het algemeen wordt het apparaat gewaardeerd om zijn gebruiksgemak en precisie, maar er zijn duidelijke beperkingen voor wie een robuustere of waterdichte trimmer zoekt.

I bought my first one of these online and straight out of the box it never worked, simply would not switch on. I tried different batteries etc, nothing, so took it into store and swapped it with another one, just thought it was an unlucky fluke, a dud. I've been using my new one twice weekly for only 4 weeks, just for my peach fuzz and to trim my eyebrows, so hardly the most strenuous application, and it has stopped working completely - just cut out during a session and won't start up again. I changed the battery and the head, but it simply won't turn on. WHAT A SCAM. Such a shame because it gives such a nice clean shave and I really like the attachment - but there's no point if it is so prone to being faulty!! Kicking myself that I didn't keep the receipt for the replacement one I got in store, just never had the misfortune of the same product failing twice, especially from a brand like Phillips.

Not great - painful to use and leaves my skin irritated. Also kinda flimsy design - very cheap plasticky feel about it. Had a similar one from another brand that worked way better.

Het doet precies wat je verwacht. Ik heb in een oksel een soort van kuil (door een operatie om lymfeklieren te verwijderen en borstkanker.) daar gaat ontharen met een ladyshafe heel moeilijk. Maar met dit apparaatje gaat het moeiteloos. Heel blij hiermee.
