Please be aware of the cost of replacement cartridges is $1000. I purchased 3 sets of low cost cartridges and none of them worked, so you will stuck with HP new cartridges to maintain print quality. Good printer, but the cost of replacement cartridges makes it a very poor choice.

It is pricey but you get what you pay for and this was the only vendor that I found that had it in stock all others were sold out so what does that tell you? I have not had it very long but I will update if needed.

I print a LOT of thick cardstock, and it was time to replace my 10 year old HP CP4525dn. First I tried the HP CP5225dn because I wanted to ability to print 11x17, but I hated it when I received it. It was super-slow and the quality wasn't all that great. So I returned it and ordered this one instead. The newer HP technology had my attention as soon as I took it out of the box, but once I saw how fast it sucked in a piece of one of my thickest metallic cardstocks and the quality and clarity of the printing, I decided it was a keeper! Looking forward to the next 10 years with my new baby. :-)

Color and quality looks great, fast, network and duplex capable. Easy to set up in our network environment in a domain. Not sure why the other reviewer is complaining about toner costs, this printer is enterprise class, for small office. not really for personal use. Toner costs don't matter, company pays for it!

"Help retain the Original HP quality you paid for with anti-fraud and cartridge authentication technology." Translation: The high cost of this printer is not the first screwing you are going to take, it will be the gift that keeps on giving with four $120 cartridges, and don't even think of refilling them." They print beautiful, I have one at work, but been there done that bought the tee shirt.
