LEGO The Ghost 75127

Got this to mod it into a more reasonable size ship to play with. removed the pilot feature. looks sweet.

Surprisingly hard to find, but satisfying to put together and display.

Fun little set. Not sure why this is the only set I had difficulty finding. All the stores still have tons of the other ones in this series sitting around. I guess it was popular. If you can find it at $15 or less I'd recommend picking it up, it will probably just go up from there.

The Ghost set comes with an awesome mini figure (Hera from Star Wars Rebels) and the ship itself is also very unique! It's cheap and fun and makes an excellent addition to any Lego collection! The only downside to this product was the difficulty with finding it. It was out of stock on Lego.com as well as Walmart and Target. I finally found it at a Barnes and Noble but it was definitely worth the search.

The Ghost was my kids' favorite Lego Star Wars build (and they have built most all of them that have come out in the last few years) with the exception of Slave I. To kids, Star Wars Rebels (and Clone Wars) is just as much Canon, just as much "Star Wars" as the movies, maybe even more so because they have had more episodes to get to know the characters. To my kids the Ghost--the ship of the Rebels--is in the same class as the Millenium Falcon. Thankfully this set is fun to build and fun to play with. It comes with Hera, Zeb, Kanan, and a Stormtrooper. You will also need to buy the additional part to the complete ship, . Sadly, both kits have been discontinued by Lego and will be sure to become classic pieces worth quite a bit. It's a shame because that might mean that fewer kids will get to build and play with it. So if you can get your hands on a set at a reasonable price, I recommend you do it; it's a great build, fun to play with, and will likely become quite valuable.
