Chanel - Poudre Universelle Libre Losse Poeder Met Een Natuurlijk Effect 30

Bought this when it got reformulated to be talc-free (I read that the old version was much better). I used it up and thought it was okay. It looks kind of powdery on the face and I prefer the Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder but I have also very dry skin and this maybe work better with oilier skin types! The value is great though. You get 30g of product which is A LOT compared to other brands (Hourglass 10,5g, Saie 4g, Givenchy 4x3g). Just by its value, this product is worth it.

It's hard to rate this. I just found it lying around and applied it just for fun - I literally cannot see ANY difference on my face! It's invisible! So, okay, I think that probably, if you have really beautiful porcelain perfect skin, then this might be for you. But if you have any kind of imperfections or unevenness to hide, then this will be pretty useless. But the packaging is beautiful, and the price is decent as it contains enough product to last a very long time. I'm now using Laura Mercier, which I love.

I am 50 this year and this powder feels dry on my face. I think Koh gen do is a lot better

I have normal combination skin, oily at the t-zone and normal at the cheeks. I use it with a brush, sometimes sweeping it all over my face to set my makeup or using it to bake undereye. This loose powder provides mild to some coverage, depending on how much you use. It should work best for dry to normal skin, because my t-zone gets slightly shiny about 5 hours later. But it should work better if I use a oil-controlling powder on top of it. The best thing about this is that it doesn't crease under the eyes and how naturally silky it looks and feel on my skin.

Quite simply this is beautiful stuff. So finely milled, easy to apply, lasts all day. And of course, the packaging is sublime. Of course it’s outwardly pricey, but you get THIRTY grams for that. I’ve had mine two years and have barely made a dent in it. Treat yourself!
