Burt's Bees Lipbalm Ultra Conditioning

I discovered this balm during winter when my lips were extremely dry, cracked and constantly peeling. From the first application, I could immediately feel how nourishing and moisturising it was. The texture is rich without feeling heavy, and it instantly soothed my lips. I also love that it's 100% natural, which made me feel comfortable reapplying it throughout the day. It delivers on its claim of long lasting hydration, I found it kept my lips soft and comfortable for up to four hours. The blend of butters and oils really makes a difference, leaving my lips feeling protected, smooth and healthy. A great option if you struggle with dry lips, especially in colder weather.

I have dry lips and apply lip balm daily, and usually need a more occlusive one overnight. This lip balm formula includes many nourishing ingredients like coconut, olive, sunflower, avocado, marula oils, beeswax, cocoa seed, kokum & shea butter. It's beautifully buttery and melts on the lips, and is not thick or waxy. I also love the fact that it does not have menthol - one of my pet peeves in lip balms. This leaves my lips moisturised throughout the day and overnight, and is the perfect size to tuck in the handbag or travel bag. Being in a twisty stick format, it is very easy to swipe on without mess. It's just perfect and ticks all my boxes. Even though all the other untinted lip balms from Burts Bees have always been good, this one is by far my favourite! It's also good to see that Burts Bees lip balms are still being manufactured in the U.S.A. too.

The Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm exceeded my expectations. After coming out of winter I had been using pretty heavy duty lip balms to repair dry lips. I was surprised that the Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm nourished my lips and the hydration lasted awhile instead of just rubbing off. Great for night time lip hydration. I love a tinted balm for daytime, so if it comes in a tinted version sign me up! More colours the better. Great price too! Would definitely purchase again and recommend the Burt's Bees Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm.

This lip balm is a great natural solution for conditioning your lips. It's nice knowing you're putting something on your lips that you most likely will ingest is 100% natural with great ingredients free from a lot of nasties. I used this mostly in the morning as part of my skincare routine to hydrate my lips before I popped on my makeup. I found it was super easy to apply, and applied smoothly onto my lips with no pulling. The balm left my lips feeling super comfortable and supple. I'm personally not a fan of the waxy smell/scent but that's just a preference of mine. It doesn't affect the use of the lip balm at all.
