However, the only negative was when I unwrapped and removed all the labels once started it kept showing that I had contaminates in the house. Turns out the contamination was the residual glue on the top of the machine from the labels. Once I got some goop and was able to get the glue off the contamination notice went away. Suggest you either use an easier to remove glue or warn purchasers that the glue may register as a contaminant.

Really makes a noticeable difference in the indoor air quality. This is true even during all the smoke in the outside air from the wildfires in the west.

It is a very high quality, sturdy and super silent (when used at its lowest setting) air purifier. My beef with this device is that it does not come with adaptive sensing of air quality like some competitors at this price point do. I did not even think that it does not have it when I chose the model. Silly me of course. I then ordered twice the additional air sensor gadget by BlueAir, but it was back-ordered twice. Together, the cost of this air purifier and the air quality sensor are the same if not more than the model that has both built in. It makes no sense to me why this is even being offered. I am comparing to the larger AirMega we have been using for some years now and costs less with more functionality. Consumer Reports rated this one higher, so I bit. It is not fair to reduce the rating by more than one star for this issue, but there it is. I hope it helps.

I suffer from seasonal allergies. They are at their worst this time of year while I am in South Florida. O bought this machine because it was treated the high eat and though it cost the most out was well worth it. My house has become a sanctuary of clean air. I regularly change my filters on my HVAC and I live in a very new home but nothing gives me the freedom of my allergies like this machine.
