It was a huge mistake to buy this... and I should've return this when I could... I was hoping it works better but it didn't... it's loud, makes the white spots everywhere near the machine and it smells like dirt or mold... I feel like I will get sick if I keep breathing with this machine is on... wasting of money

I purchased this item as a gift. When gift was unwrapped and box opened I was horrified that it was clearly apparent to myself and the recipient that the unit had been previously purchased, USED, repackaged, returned and RESOLD to me with out going though any sort of quality control check. The unit was extremely dirty and unappealing. It was covered in water and calcium spots absolutely running what should have been a sleek look. The unit was also missing the usual information booklets & instruction manuals. I was SO EMBARRASSED. I offered to return and replace the gift with a unit that was truly new but my gift recipant offered me the courtesy of dismissing the issue, assuring me that "it looked fine"...but it didn't... and I was mortified.

The humidifer started to have leaks after 3 months of use.

Doesn't put out a huge amount of vapor and is a little noisy (I cannot run at night as it keeps me up) but otherwise I like it pretty well. It seems to work (my skin is less dry and I cough less when using this) even though it doesn't put out a ton of vapor. I like the modern aesthetic and size of the unit as well. I have never been able to get the water tank lid (top where you carry it) to come off, so I fill it from the bottom, which is awkward and means that I cannot put in any scents, which is annoying. So..I am on the fence but would probably buy it again assuming it lasts a long time (I've only had about a month at this point.)

very compact and easy to use. Not very powerful stream of cool air coming from unit.
