These IsoAcoustic stands do exactly what they promise. I replaced my other well known isolation pads with these Aperta’s and wasn’t expecting the night and day difference that was presented. Some improvements were immediately noticeable, others took 15 minutes to really sink in… Well worth the investment. Do yourself and your listening environment a favour and sit your monitors on IsoAcoustic stands. The results are real and tangible. Happy customer here. These IsoAcoustics Aperta Isolation Stands work very well. Even when the stands are tilted so the speakers are aiming up, the speakers stay on the stands an do not vibrate off or back. The stands were easy to adjust and real easy to install. They arrived in the most professional O.E.M. packaging I've seen in years. They look very professional with the speakers on them in the room. The stands provide excelling isolation between the speakers and the floor or surface they are sitting on. Amazing speaker stands, bring out great clarity in high def audio, but quite expensive.

I am a musician, composer and home recordist. I loaned the IsoAcoustics 155 model stands to my son to try out and he didn't want to give them back! So I gave them to him and instead getting another paid or the 155s, I decided to give the Apertas a try. The Apertas are almost 2x the money, but whereas the 155's imaging is solid, the Apertas' is ROCK solid. I also hear increased fidelity all across the frequency spectrum. The Apertas appear to enable the monitors to function optimally, decoupling the speaker from the surface it sits on and therefore eliminating that surface from the equation. All in all, I'm glad I spent the extra money.
