I have been writing a book for five years, am nearing completion. During the first year, I found myself having great ideas...during the middle of the night, thus I'd have to get out of bed, turn on the lights, grab a pen and paper. Not only cumbersome, this continual interruption of sleep worn on me. Then, I found your portable voice recorder, and life has never been the same. I use this recorder dozens of times every day. I sleep with it under my pillow. The great ideas that come to me during the night are easy to record, gives me peace of mind knowing I won't lose these precious thoughts and insights. My book would never have been the success it's turning out to be had I not had this vital tool. So, I just wanted to thank you. Note: This item is such an important and vital part of my writing, that I've purchased half a dozen to keep as spares.

I I have been using Sony voice recorder for over 12 years I cannot imagine living without it I tell everyone that they should have one the built-in USB drive makes it even better

The product is crap and it only worked for a few day then stopped working and the customer service is crap too they keep hanging up when i call.

I ordered the recorder online and it was on my porch the next morning. The recorder exceeds my expectations and I would suggest anyone in need of such a device consider getting it from Staples.

Easy to use. I'm not tech.savvy, but I like the basics of the recorder. I plan to use in my medical encounters with my doctor as my patient summary never reflects the actual comments made in meeting. This will help in verifying actual comments.
