MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

Very positive feedback on the support provided during the assembly of this PC. The team gave good advice during the preparatory phase (choice of components in relation to the desired result). The planned dates for receipt of the components and assembly were met. Very good quality of service.

heb dit moederbord 1jaar en ben zeer ontevreden. vanaf het begin problemen met usb en led. tijdens gebruik valt led verlichting van de fans uit, samen met toetsenbord en muis en het geluid stopt dan ook alsof iemand de usb kabel uitrekt voor 4sec en dan weer inplugt. heel vaak het unplug en plugin usb geluid zonder dat iets uitvalt. onboard geluid (ALC4080) word gezien als een usb. heb 1muis,1toetsebord aangesloten maar ziet 2 toetsenborden 1 muis en 1usb hub. ondanks alle nieuwe updates en bios blijft het probleem aanhouden. de Tomahawk heeft al 1 psu, 1van2 memory sticks vernielt. dit bord terug gestuurd vanwege de garantie, maar blijkbaar niks mis met het bord. in de 25jaar dat ik pc heb gehad en gebouwd is de: Msi Tomahawk, het 1e waardelooste bord dat ik ooit heb gehad

The motherboard exudes quality. Clear layout, solid VRMs, comprehensive BIOS that's easy to learn. Installation of the DDR5 DIMMs is trouble-free, and there's no instability. The Wi-Fi is excellent and the number of connectors more than adequate. The Flash BIOS is a real convenience. An excellent choice for a high-performance, upgradeable AM5 setup.

I chose this graphics card because it had built-in wifi and Bluetooth, which allows me to share documents from my PC to my phone without having to run after a cable. As I don't have internet at the moment (thanks SFR) I use my phone as a modem, and as this motherboard has an integrated wifi card I can finally do without a wifi key that worked 1 time out of 2.

Opinion: very solid motherboard: robust VRM, clear BIOS, full connectivity (integrated Wi-Fi + 2.5 GbE, M.2 well served). Room for improvement: some of the factory BIOSes are old - think about updating. Tuning tip: activate EXPO for RAM 6000, update BIOS (recent AGESA), Resizable BAR activated, and possibly PBO + Curve Optimizer (negative) to improve performance/efficiency.
