De Dell Alienware AW3425DW is een gebogen 34 inch QD-OLED gaming monitor met 3440 x 1440 WQHD resolutie, 240 Hz verversingssnelheid, 0.03ms GtG responstijd, 1800R kromming en 21:9 aspect ratio. Bevat 1x DisplayPort 1.4, 2x HDMI 2.1, USB 3.0 poorten en geen ingebouwde speakers. VESA compatibel, gericht op gaming met Adaptive-Sync en HDR ondersteuning.

Ontving dit model als garantievervanger voor mijn Alienware AW3423DWF. Het heeft hetzelfde paneel, maar voegt 240Hz en HDMI 2.1 toe, wat Display Stream Compression (DSC) overbodig maakt bij gebruik van de meegeleverde kabel. Ondersteunt ook 10-bit kleur en heeft een van de twee USB-A poorten onder aan monitor vervangen met een USB-C. Nadeel: Het paneel voert frequent pixelonderhoud uit net als de AW3423DWF, maar... Als de monitor bijvoorbeeld in slaapstand gaat en dit proces start en je hem wakker maakt voordat het klaar is, verschijnt er een melding op het scherm welke je handmatig moet wegkliken met de monitor menu joystick. Op dit model is deze functie helaas niet uitschakelbaar wat op de AW3423DWF wel kon.

Received monitor but dead on arrival. Notified immediately but waited one week for pickup. Still waiting for a new working monitor after another three weeks. No communication Annoyed and disappointed. You have my money. Give me the goods.

Dell took our order, product "in stock" and then just delayed delivery to mid Jan with no explanation By the time they informed us it was too late to cancel and reorder for Xmas elsewhere

Paid for next day delivery for a Christmas present. Got delayed by a month. Dell customer support is almost as bad as DHL/DPD. All 3 companies don't care about their customers and have gone all in on AI for customer support. I will now actively find any alternatives for both companies even if it cost more. I want to be able to speak to a human that understand my issues and can assist
