Very solid monitor for the price. Collours look sharp and vibrant, and brightness is sufficient for everything bar direct sunlight. Stand is a bit lacking as it has no tilt or swivel function, but there is vesa if you really hated it. First Unit I got had 2 dead pixels so unsure on what the Quality Checking is like on these screens, and they may vary wildly. Replacement unit is fine though so hopefully a one off.

The Gigabyte G27Q is great for gaming. It has a high 144Hz refresh rate with both FreeSync support and G-SYNC compatibility. The response time at its max refresh rate is very good, and it has an exceptionally low input lag. It has wide viewing angles if you want to use it for co-op gaming. Unfortunately, it's not the best for dark room gaming because it has a low contrast ratio that makes blacks appear gray.

Pretty happy with the monitor. The control knob at the back is a bit el cheapo. would be better with a few more control buttons instead of one knob.

For the price, it’s a pretty damn good monitor . Colors and contrast ratio destroys my previous VN panel, and the performance with the high refresh rate and resolution does solid work.
