Faulty from new, but I hoped the lines would disappear over time. Then, after using it once or twice a week, lines started appearing in the centre of the screen. After about a year, they appeared almost every day for the first 20 seconds after switching it on. Now the lines are permanent. I should have sent it back within the first week after purchase. Now over £400 has gone in the bin.

Fantastic hybrid monitor for my uses- its so good for long work hours and then switching to gaming! I'm so happy I found a screen I can use for everything!

Monitor has horizontal and vertical bars across the screen, they have conflicting warranty information on their website. Terrible customer service that will one day tell you they are mailing a return label and box - then not respond for weeks and then claim the item is not under warranty without any kind of follow up to notify you.

My monitor started showing vertical lines after some months of use, I'm looking into my options with the warranty. There are similar reports online about this monitor, I wouldn't recommend it.
