Works as described. But did not work for me. I currently use a 4500dpi setting on my Razer Mamba Tournament Mouse, on a 28inch 4k Monitor. The Perixx Ergonomic Mouse was way too slow (1600DPI) for me.

As a long time fan of the high-end ergonomic mice from another supplier I wasn't expecting too much of this, but thus far it's doing a great job and is one-tenth of the price I'm used to paying!

Fits my hand like a glove. I had also tried the Perimice 518 but the 513 suits me better. I found with the 518 that my hand didn't always end up in the best position if I wasn't paying attention whereas with this 513 you just know when you're holding it right. The one advantage the 518 does have is that it has a utility to remap the mouse buttons whereas the 513 doesn't. That being said you can get free utilities online (eg X-Mouse Button Control) that will remap the buttons on any mouse. I've used that to make one of the the thumb buttons an alternative for a left-click as I've got no use for the standard browser forward/back functionality. My one (minor) complaint of this is that the scroll wheel click is quite stiff. This might ease up over time but I've reprogrammed the other thumb button to be an alternative. But these really are niggles. It's so much more comfortable than a normal mouse that I'm going to buy another one for use at home.
