The machine arrived packaged well in the manufacturers original packaging, although it seems the package was opened and resealed (I'm assuming this is due to the addition of the free gift that came with this purchase). I haven't had the full experience yet, however from the little amount of usage, it is a very nice machine. The different stitch options and embroidery features, also the touch screen and auto threading are great and I'm enjoying learning all the things it offers. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love it, and I would have gave it 5 stars, but I dont care for the hand wheel. I just can't turn it like on other machines.

Purchased 1/20/22 Machine won't run. Called Singer. I have to bring it to a Singer repair center approved by them or pay out of my pocket to send to them. Drove 3 hour round trip to center after they confirmed they would be opened and the dump of a place they sent me to was closed. Now I've been calling Singer for 2 days waiting on a supervisor to call me that had the day off. I can't use the machine that's just 3 months old. 6/8 still waiting on machine to be fixed!!!!

I loved the features of this machine; however, the upper thread kept jamming in the bobbin case. I did everything I was supposed to do and nothing worked. After reading numerous negative reviews for the same issue I returned the item for a refund.
