I returned these since they take 48 VDC input. I was looking for a 24 VDC input and didn't realize this was 48. Unfortunately, it powers up and seems to be working with 24 VDC, but as it turns out it's not supplying POE power. Took me two months to figure out my cameras weren't getting power. My fault for not reading the fine print.

Had this installed in an out door box with a fan. It failed after 5 months. I do have a second in another box that is still working.

Requires a power supply NOT included and took 2 weeks to arrive so add another $200.00 to the cost of this switch. Trendnet tech support is the worst. The people in India had no idea what was need to make this work and could not help me with the wiring of the power supply when it arrive. there are no instructions included with the power supply. Avoid Tendnet it is just a horrible company
