Dell Precision 7680 - CH0R1

I'm working on my Dell better saying I need more practise I had my older Dell and together with my new Dell I could use the whole space and functions It's perfect and best solution to buy 7680

I'm a freelance writer and amateur photographer, so I decided to treat myself to a top-end laptop that would really fly, particularly for photo editing, and the performance has been fantastic. However, the networking is awful. One of the reasons I brought this model was that it had an ethernet connection, but half the time it refuses to connect to our home network, or if it doesn't doesn't recognise the network properly. I'd tried unisatlling the built-in netwrok adaptor several times, but I also get similar issues using an external adaptor via usb-c! It also seesm to get confused between ethernet and wifi, and even when using just wifi if doesn't always connect to the main, stongest signal. Overall the inability to use it it via ethernet has seriously spolit what is otherwise an excellent laptop.

This machines fan is very noisy and starts up at very random times. Not necessarily when using RAM heavy programmes. It is also overly heavy. I only have a 32GB Ram so the 5690 might have been better. I went with the advice given by Dell.

I got a model with 128GB RAM as I need it to run some high RAM demanding processes. The computer lags, sometimes the interfaces do not display properly and some of the processes are slower than I would expect. I ran the available Dell performance tests and everything was fine, and I contacted Dell regarding this and did not receive support.
