Clinique Ogen Cream Shaper for Eyes 1.2 g

Love this soft, easy to use Clnique pencil. Much prefer these to the ones you can't sharpen , but they are almost impossible to source now! Well done Allbeauty!

Great product, easy to use, glides on smoothly with no drag on the eyelid.

I like this product and will continue to use it. However, like many others who have reviewed the product, I had no idea how to keep the point sharp. To me, like someone else who reviewed it, it seemed to be surrounded by plastic (and, thus, un-sharpen-able). I tried turning it from the bottom, only to have the bottom piece fall off. The only way I figured out how to sharpen it was by reading the reviews from other frustrated customers. Fortunately, I had saved an old Kohl pencil, which had a BUILT-IN sharpener. This Cream Shaper should come with a built-in sharpener, or the customer should be sent one, and there should be INSTRUCTIONS! I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out how to sharpen it until I read the reviews.

I bought this eyeliner more than 30 days ago thinking eventually if sharpened more it would work. Still have a nearly full pencil & it does not work. You can line your eyes with it & there is nothing there. It is a faulty product but since it's over 30 days they won't replace it. I probably didn't even open it til 30 days ago. Oh well my advice is don't purchase or if you do try it when you receive product.
