I tried this in "mermaid". The color was not for me but I would definitely try another shade. This lasted a long time. The thing I liked the most was that it was not too shiny..just the right amount

I have very very fair golden olive undertone (NC 5 - 10) and this really brightens my eyes as the undertone matches my coloring exactly. Most ivory/off white shadows have beige or pink undertones that look dull and greyish on my skin. This one has a bright yellow tone to it. So if you are fair and warm to olive you might love it as much as I do. It also has the most lovely texture for mature eyes. Its a matt shadow but has a soft satin glow that lights up eyes. The texture feels so refined and smooth, blends out to a sheer wash or build it up. Either way it doesn't cake, or highlight fine lines or texture. Lasts all day. Elegant packaging. I found this one equal to Lancomes, and much, much better quality than Bobbi Brown's shadows. I loved it so much I gave my backup to a friend to share the good news and she loves it too. Definite repurchase.

I am a person with a growing makeup collection of stuff people give me. Occasionally I will go out and buy something, but the price will not exceed $10. My friends mom gave me this when she was cleaning out her collection because she was pregnant. The color is very pretty and it really compliments my blue eyes. I also use this as a highlighter and it looks beautiful as that too. If you can afford it and you are looking for a cruelty free eyeshadow, go ahead and purchase it. However if you cannot, I recommend the Maybelline Color Tattoo Cream Gel Eyeshadow in Barely Branded.

I really like this eyeshadow. Many of Jane Iredale's eyeshadows are matte, which I don't care for, but this has a nice slight shimmer to it. In the pan, it looks like a shimmery soft neutral pink, but it goes on my fair skin peachy and slightly darker then my skin tone (I'm a NC15-20 for reference). If I feel like having a neutral makeup day but want to wear an eyeshadow, I will reach for this. It provides a nice light color but still very neutral. I think for darker skin tones, this could be used as a highlight color.

I really like Jane Iredale eyeshadows. They have good color, nice texture and good staying power. They aren't quite as creamy as the korres or clinique eyeshadows (my other favorites), but they are still quite good. One thing I wish is they had more shimmery options, many of her eyeshadows are matte and I like a little shimmer to mine.
