De Bosch CMG7241B1 is een veelzijdige compacte oven die uitblinkt door het combineren van traditioneel bakken met magnetronfunctionaliteit. Het toestel biedt 16 verwarmingsmethoden, waaronder de moderne Air Fry functie waarmee je gezonder kunt frituren zonder veel olie. De bediening verloopt via een hoogwaardig TFT-touchscreen gecombineerd met een innovatieve Digital Control Ring, wat zorgt voor een intuïtieve gebruikerservaring. Met Home Connect kun je de oven op afstand bedienen via je smartphone en zelfs spraakbesturing gebruiken. De 45 liter capaciteit is royaal voor een compact model van 45cm hoog. De inverter magnetrontechnologie levert tot 900W, hoewel deze bij langdurig gebruik automatisch wordt teruggeregeld naar 600W. Een aandachtspunt is de hydrolytische reinigingsfunctie die minder grondig werkt dan pyrolyse, waardoor je vaker handmatig moet schoonmaken. De aanschafprijs ligt aan de hoge kant, maar hiervoor krijg je wel premium technologie en uitstekende bouw- en materiaalgehalte. De oven is ideaal voor kleinere keukens of als tweede oven, waarbij de combinatie met magnetron ruimte bespaart.

Found temperature and time difficult to set using finger going round dial. Liked being able to add more cooking time. Problem with perforated tray to use with air frier was that crumbs etc could fall through onto bottom of oven. Grill works well,useful to be able to use only small area. Would be nice if microwave had higher setting than 600, eg 800 or 900 W. Liked that showed when desired temperatue was reached when using as fan oven.

Great to have the air frying and microwave functions included alongside the normal grill and oven capabilities. Smart home compatibility is good.

Very pleased with the oven. Controls excellent and combo features. Microwave built is also very good as it frees up the old separate microwave
