Shredder purchased for warehouse to shred their paperwork. Currently facing an issue due to overheating.

I love my new shredder. It’s easy to use and will save me so much time!

Not only does this shredder look great - it is quiet and our staff loves the fact that you can put up to 550 sheets of paper in the drawer, hit the start button and it starts shredding. Saves a lot of staff time. Highly recommend it!

First one was defective. The company responded quickly with a second and arranged return shipping of the first. Works great, to get good auto feeding you must load stack to the front of the box. As long as you do this feeds fine. You will fill the basket fast, you can extend capacity by pressing the shredded paper down occasionally. It really meets my needs. Customer service was outstanding.

God forbid the paper has ever been folded. Trying to shred documents using the auto feeder you'll spend more time making the papers lay in there perfectly than just manually feeding them through.
