I don't regret any single penny that I spend on this purchase.

Shredder arrived with damaged slider control button. Phoned customer services and replacement sent by post and received next day. Excellent !!!!

I am pleased how quiet it is when shredding. My previous shredder used to clog up but this one shreds with ease. I am very clear with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. It is my first purchase from Fellowes but won't be my last.

Machine continually jams I have had to disconnect and unjam several times during first use This is not what the advert implies
