We have had this shredder for three years and although it was much more expensive than others it was worth the cost. The noise is tolerable. We have had others that make such a racket that you can only use it for 10 to 15 mins at a time. We can load several papers at once. It has a large waste bin. Have shredded documents for two hours straight with no over heating issues.

Jammed on 2nd day. Still trying to get tiny pieces of micro cut paper out of the cutter. Until every piece is out..... it won’t move. Worthless micro cutting shredder for the $$. Worthless period. We’ve spent more time trying to tweeze the paper out than shredding documents.

The shredder stopped working, there is no power. It is still in warranty, not sure whom to speak with in regard to getting it repaired/replaced

Order this for my office. Literally had issues from the first few pages. Kept jamming and having to be cleaned. Absolutely could not handle the amount of sheets it says it can manage. Sent it back and bought a Dahle Shredder for less and it is an amazing machine
