Fellowes Professional Series dubbele monitorarm

Little to know instructions, once I figured it out. Great product once I figured out to tighten the tension on the arms, so that the monitors stayed upright.

I have 2 of the same monitors each weighing 8.22 lbs. One side the monitor tilts down and wont stay straight and the other is just fine. I'm going to have to now use my old monitor stand

Product works as advertised and is easy to install.

The website clearly states that it is easy to install through a grommet hole yet the assembly and instructions show no way to do this whatsoever, only a way to clamp it to a desk, no videos online, and when we called to ask how we would assemble it that way through a grommet hole they told us that they would call us back with a solution that day, 3 days later no call or email...

These are great arms - very sturdy. Only problem is that they don’t seem to fit on to the monitors that I purchased (HP24 es dual display) which do not have the screw in mounting. Are there additional/alternative mounting plates for purchase?
