Dell Actieve pen PN557W, Stylussen, Grijs

The Dell pen was as expected. Exactly what I hoped for.

I bought this pen to use with my new Dell computer and at first it would work perfectly. By 5th week it stops working and I have changed the battery and no improvements have happened. Very disappointed.

SO so so many things wrong with this pencil. I am typically an apple girl, but for work have to use dell and windows products. I could not believe how difficult this pencil was to use, install and activate. On top of that, it also skipped around the desktop and did not provide smooth writing.

BLATANT LIES I bought it as a gift as the person wanted a pen for their new Dell Laptop to use for school. The pen connected to the laptop without issues. It says paired and shows as having no issues. However, the tip DOES NOT WRITE. IT DOES NOT ACT AS A CURSOR as is intended. Even though it may say connected or paired, there is no connectivity. This pen is a shameful product and false advertising as it does not work as a pen. NO ONE should buy this product!! If you are wanting a pen, skip Dell all together and get Google or something much more reliable.

The seller was very nice. They would return the purchase. This purchase came as shown. The dell product code on the product was not valid and lead to the pen not working.
