I received a pre-owned pen that would not pair. The Pair LED never turned on. The only "return" option Amazon offers on this item is to refer you to some help link that is subscription only. Not HP at all. DON'T BUY THIS , IT'S a SCAM.

worked right out of the box with healthy batteries installed. I highly recommend, delivery service was excellent

I ordered this pen for my daughter in September. After being charged countless times and eventually credited, it did finally arrive. Since it arrive so late, I saved it for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately for us, the timeline to make a return has expired and it is not compatible with her HP Envy 2 in 1 Touchscreen. One portion of the pen will work, while the other functions will not, so we tried new batteries and it still will not sync to her computer.

Pen is sort of detected.. but not usuable at all with my envy laptop only one button works nothing else.

Not working on arrival and no help from amazon and seller is not connecting from amazon want a return for a non working item
