After spending several unsuccessful hours trying to setup my TP-Link Mesh WiFi Extender, I rang TP Link for assistance as I was getting so stressed out. I got Journee X on the Helpdesk Support and she was excellent in talking me through each step and waited patiently on the phone to ensure everything was working as it should be. Journee is very knowledgeable and very polite and made the experience so much better.

Very easy to install and configure. The only thing missing is a piggyback plug to avoid blocking another socket.

Was inexpensive, had easy to follow instructions but the extended range isn't that great.

Easy to set up using the app. Connected the extender to the TV with a cable and watching videos have been so much smoother and less buffering.
