The first one we received was actually defective. Filed the warranty online, which was fast & easy. Staples took care of everything, now we have a great product, and am very satisfied with the service.

It is easy to use, and great for simple lables. Customization features include font size, symbols, borders, and an extensive library of symbols and clip art. Great for file folder labels.

tape starts binding inside and jamming, and binding. Tried to untangle it and a piece of the tape dispenser broke off, now I have to replace the tape again. Useless...
