Previous printer was an earlier version of this printer and was always satisfactory. It's for home use re meeting minutes etc.,

I have used the printer several times. Mainly for photo’s, great quality. Easy to install, WiFi accessible. I haven’t used the phone print option as yet, but overall delighted with my purchase :o)

Bought this to replace xp-245 which just stopped doing anything constructive. Green light wont' stop flashing, supplied with 4 cartridges of which 2 are dry. Ink light coming on as well. Just had enough of everything to do with Epsom. They are selling 4 ink cartridges on their web site for £65. If they stopped spending all their time trying to prevent their printers from using alternative ink supply and bought their ink prices down it may be a better strategy as I am never going to use epsom again. Crap business strategy

This printer appeared to work OK until I tried using compatible inks. Then I spent hours trying to get it to recognise the cartridges Had to order from another source that eventually worked OK but had wasted approx. £20 on previous inks. However, when installed and tried to print another disaster. It acts as if there is a paper jam but I had not used paper until inks were loaded and worked with no problem up until then. It now grabs paper on right side and scrunches it up. I know - paper jam! If only it were that simple! I have had this problem with another manufacturer and resolved within 2 minutes but spent several hours on this Epson product without resolution. Appears as if I will have to dump this one and look for another manufacturer. What a waste of time and money!

Bought this printer for but can't use it. followed the set up instruction but still can't get the printer to connect to the wifi. A complete waste of money.
