Came without a cord so it took me a while to see if this worked. Does exactly what it is meant for. As to the seller, they never called back or replied when looking to find out what cord would work with this scanner.

The box set unopened for about 45 days, when I opeded an pluged in to my computer it didn't work so I tryed a differnt computer that didn't work either, and past the return date, dissapointed.

Had the HP 1000 Pro several years and it has worked flawlessly. One of the best tools in my arsenal for mobile operations. Scan docs on the fly.

Four months later and all images either come out as completely black or a pink color. Very disappointed.
