De Roland AC-33 is een akoestische gitaarversterker met een uitgangsvermogen van 30 watt, verdeeld over twee 5 inch luidsprekers. Het apparaat biedt twee gescheiden kanalen voor gitaar en microfoon of lijnbron en kan worden gebruikt op netstroom of met acht AA-batterijen. De verwachte gebruiksduur op batterijen ligt rond acht tot negen uur. De versterker weegt ongeveer 4,7 kilogram en heeft aansluitingen voor hoofdtelefoon, lijnuitgang en externe schakelaars.

I read a lot of reviews and watched videos of this amp before buying. Although the amp is very cool and does everything they claim, I would actually try one before buying again. The volume of this amp just isn't there. Don't get me wrong, the amp has all the awesome features but I just couldn't get the volume out of it that I would expect. Jammin' alone you are golden. Playing a small gig,....???? I would get the AC-60 next time, but the looper is a very nice feature and that was my reason for getting the AC-33.
