Went with granddaughter and she needed 2 different calculators after open house. She said grandma, we probably won't be able to get them because they're always sold out. I asked if she'd been to Staples, she said no. We found BOTH models. Made her happy!

Great Scientific Calculator had the same Texas Instruments TI-30Xa for 30 years. It worked great. Hope this new one will last as long!

Appears to be all I need for basic scientific functions. After 20+ years, my RPN calculator's LCD screen died. Have not been able to find another RPN calculator so bought this one to use for now. Rather have a RPN calculator, but I guess I can live with this one.

Does everything I want it to do for $13 bucks. Had a similar model for 10 years and when it passed I went right out and got another.
