The mop pads don’t keep on properly Worst decision I made buying this brand

My dreame x50 ultra climbs over obstacles and it goes over pipes with its legs and I always has problems and the good thing is warranty it’s under warranty but I think I should upgrade to the new dreame x60 and yeah don’t buy the dreame x50 just go for the x60 the dreame x50 is not worth it

It was perfect vacuum robot for us, we liked it so much but after 3rd weeks it started to get confused every day, wandering around !! Then it stops mopping with water tried to reset, cleaned everything part tried everything but it didn't mop anymore. So we had to return it.

A great everyday tool for keeping your floor clean. It is programmed via the app, which is a real asset as it allows you to map your home with room and furniture detection. You can then activate it via voice commands and tell it what you want it to do. The noise level when vacuuming is acceptable, and in mop mode, it is silent. No more back pain from brooms and mops, everything is done automatically now.

This robot is excellent. It identifies all obstacles and avoids such as cables, furnitures, chair legs, pets, large debis and other applicances. The tech is also easy to use, I can set the zones where there is carpets, rugs, and even set different floor types in areas of the home so I can specify what type of cleaning I want in those areas. It also scans and sees through glass such as low windows thinking it is extra an extra space or room for it to clean, I can get around this by specifying in the map that it is not a room and can divide and hide that space from view.
