iRobot Roomba Combo j7

Does not seem to work with or without the app. Cannot get it to clean the room, and despite multiple resets, continues to do the same thing over and over. Returning.

Spent $1000 on a vacuum/mop that only lasted 55 passes! 55 all together! It’s a total piece of crap. Buy a different brand because this was absolutely a waste of money. 55 passes… no joke!

does not pick up as well as excepted. Had a cheaper brand for 4 yrs and it sucked up the dirt and dog hair much better. Also, the program for the floor plan isn't that great

There's a reason it's discounted this much! I've had this model for over a year now and it is an absolute nightmare. It almost never works properly and in the rare case it should work for a short time, the mop feature is pointless since the tiny mop pad just pushes dirt around. I could go on forever about all of its issues. This is the second iRobot vacuum I've had and because of this model, I will never purchase another from them.

I’m very pleased with the results of this Roomba. My floors are dog hair free and look great. It’s a little loud, but very thorough. I am sorry I waited so long to buy one.
