De Philips i9000 Prestige Ultra biedt een zeer glad en comfortabel scheerresultaat, bijna vergelijkbaar met een handmatig scheermes. De verbeterde scheerkop en krachtige motor zorgen dat ook lastige en langere haren goed worden verwijderd. Met vijf scheermodi en een AI-app kun je het scheren personaliseren, wat vooral handig is voor mensen met gevoelige huid. Het apparaat is eenvoudig schoon te maken en heeft een lange batterijduur. Nadelen zijn de hoge prijs, een minder effectieve precisietrimmer en dat sommige functies alleen via de app werken. USB-C opladen ontbreekt, wat voor sommigen een gemis kan zijn. Over het algemeen is dit een premium scheerapparaat met veel technologie, maar de meerwaarde ten opzichte van eerdere modellen is beperkt.

I was in the military for over 30 years and always used a razor (daily). Lately, I started to develop a few irritating bumps after shaving so I decided to try an electric razor and honestly, I was very skeptical. I was even more skeptical and hesitant about spending as much as I did on this razor but figured I wanted the best I could get and the reviews backed it up. The shave is amazingly close; clean-up is a breeze; the time it takes to recharge and how long it holds a charge is great; and the information shared by the app is very helpful. My only complaint about this razor is the trimmer attachment. I was extremely disappointed that such a worthless trimmer attachment came with such an expensive and otherwise outstanding electric shaver. I wish there was a better trimmer attachment and will be shopping to see if one is available.

The new rasie cuts well but I don't find the head as my previous model as it tends to catch on my chin. Put the new blades i my old model & it would be equally as good The best overall package is still my old Arcitec except for blade speed
