De Philips S9000 Prestige SP9840/32 wordt geprezen om zijn zeer comfortabele en gladde scheerresultaat, zelfs bij een gevoelige huid. De NanoTech-messen en flexibele scheerkoppen zorgen dat zowel korte als langere haren efficiënt worden afgeschoren. De batterij gaat lang mee en is snel op te laden, wat handig is voor dagelijks gebruik. Nadelen zijn de hoge prijs, het matige trimmeropzetstuk en het ontbreken van Bluetooth of app-koppeling. Voor wie het beste scheercomfort zoekt en bereid is meer te betalen, is dit een uitstekende keuze, maar de prijs en beperkte smartfuncties zijn aandachtspunten.

I have used Philips rotary shavers for years. recently upgrade to the Phillips S9000 prestige and have not been disappointed. The shave it gives is definitely the closest and smoothest I have had from an electric shaver. It is comfortable and easy to use and the included washer keeps it very clean and healthy. Although you can leave it in the washer I prefer once it has drained to remove it to let it dry. It does not come with a stand for this but luckily my son has 3D printed the perfect stand which holds the shaver vertical and also holds the trimmer attachment. Its a pity this was not included.

Een perfecte scheerbeurt, heel dicht, zelfs na 5 dagen geen problemen, ik kwam van een Braun en ben eerlijk gezegd super tevreden, je moet alleen leren het te gebruiken door cirkels te maken.

I bought to replace an older Philips shaver. The difference is amazing and I get a close shave even in difficult areas. Battery life is good and the display screen gives a display of battery percentage. Cleaning pod is a bonus and is simple to use.
