A lot bigger than the last bag I had. My first sling bag, it has plenty of space for everything I need to carry.

Great little bag for daily tourist walking. It fit my water bottle, jacket, extra layer and all my smaller essentials. The bag was comfortable 95% of the time, with the other 5% being something to do with weight distribution and how I packed it. The front pouch holds a cell phone, but I just used it for chapstick. I suppose it could have some better internal pouches, but it was fine as is. Easy to pull around to the front when walking in crowds, or sitting on busses. It collapses fairly flat (when empty) when I wanted to stuff it in my suitcase.

I walk a lot, especially when I’m abroad. Carrying a minimal sketch kit and sketchbook is an essential for me, I’ve carried my book in the rear of m waistband for years, my pens in a cargo short pocket. But that sort of banging about on my thigh is distracting and I figured there had to be something better. I tried a few other slings, but wasn’t thrilled with the shoulder strap. The Osprey model, much like an Osprey daypack I’ve used for the last decade, is comfortable and convenient and moderately light. Not so large that it’s unstable, but big enough to carry my kit and a couple sketchbooks, sunglasses, snack, etc. securely nestled against my back. I’m a fan.

A very handy pack to keep items in when you don’t want to put them in your pockets. It fits snuggly to your body and it’s easy to get into the pocket so I just turning it around and things won’t spill out.

I really wanted to like this pack and planned on using it for day hikes and city adventures. The front pocket fit my IPhone pro and I like that the pack is ambidextrous. It also comes with a lot of pockets and compartments. However I have a larger bust (34D) and because of this the cross strap sits too high and digs into my neck. I had another sling pack that had an additional strap which went around my waist and solved the problem. I was hoping the lack of waist strap wouldn’t matter but it does. I would recommend this pack for men as it is well made and a great value, but would not recommend this pack for women.
