The Fitbit Inspire 2 is a simple to set up and use sleep tracker that also works well as an all-day tracker too. You'll need Fitbit Premium to get the most from its stats, but it's worth the investment if you're serious about seeing how stress and sleep affects your daily life.

Simple, works well for tracking heart rate, steps, and sleep. Great battery life (around a week on a charge). Only complaint I have is the difficulty of accessing the heart rate data from it in real time without using the Fitbit app, but that probably won't be a problem for most people.

I started to wear my Fitbit and aligned it with my iPhone but the it stopped syncing after a fortnight so I had to do it again and agree to have the premium setting which will cost £9.99 a month next year. Not dead happy about that but like the detail it gives about sleep patterns etc

Very happy with this fitness tracker. Very reasonably priced to. It seems to be accurate with steps. Keeps perfect time and the app is very useful.
