De Fitbit Versa 4 is een lichte smartwatch van ongeveer 40 gram met een AMOLED-touchscreen van bijna 1,58 inch. I bought this watch in Dec. I love it. But I'm last couple of days it has worked properly. But I reordered a new one. But I have tried everything. Still not working .

I have always had fitbit watches, got one on my wrist now no problems, brought 2 versa 4 for my kids try all sorts to connect them with no joy, the watch just stayed frozen. Contacted google and they tell me they are aware of a problem and they are trying to fix it, that was 2 weeks ago and they just dont communicate, since google took over fitbit it has gone down hill rapidly. So as no joy with watch or google had no choice but to return the items.
