De Garmin Approach S12 Gray is een betrouwbare en gebruiksvriendelijke golfhorloge, vooral geschikt voor golfers die vooral basisfuncties zoeken. De batterij gaat uitzonderlijk lang mee, waardoor je meerdere rondes kunt spelen zonder op te laden. De GPS is accuraat en de bediening is eenvoudig, zelfs voor beginners. Wel ontbreekt een kleurenscherm en zijn er geen fitness- of smartwatchfuncties zoals een hartslagmeter. Ook moet je rekening houden met een eigen oplaadkabel. Voor wie vooral een praktische golf-GPS zoekt, is dit een uitstekende keuze, maar wie meer slimme functies wil, kan beter verder kijken.

The watch is pretty intuitive and has the basic features you need. The only thing annoying is that it takes a few clicks to see shot distance.
