De Garmin Fēnix 8 AMOLED 51 mm Saffier Titanium biedt een prachtig helder AMOLED-scherm, een uitzonderlijk lange batterijduur en een breed scala aan sport- en outdoorfuncties, inclusief duikmogelijkheden. Het saffierglas is zeer krasbestendig, en de toevoeging van een microfoon en speaker maakt bellen en spraakassistent mogelijk. Wel is de prijs erg hoog, ontbreekt zonne-opladen bij het AMOLED-model en kan de oplaadkabel makkelijk losraken. Het grote formaat is niet voor iedereen geschikt. Voor wie het beste zoekt en bereid is te investeren, is dit een topkeuze, maar de prijs en omvang zijn belangrijke aandachtspunten.

The best watch I have ever owned. Had it for a week now and still learning new features. FYI, compared the heart rate and Ox measurements to actual medical equipment and was 99% accurate. Absolute beast to say the least.

I’m really impressed with the Garmin Fenix 8. The 51mm AMOLED display is crisp and bright, the GPS tracking is reliable, and it feels rugged yet comfortable on the wrist. It lives up to the claims and outperforms other smartwatches I’ve used.
