Great tripod. Currently using it to support a Sigma 150-600. So far it appears to be up to the job.

This is my second tripod I find it a good mix of stability & lightness.

For the price this is a great bit of kit, of course its not the best, you can pay more than the cost of the camera for some tripods but this one holds steady enough for me with the GH3 and the Man. fluid drag system on top. They could have may be included retractable spikes on the feet, not that I use them much myself. As I said, great bit of kit

It works great, solid lightweight system, but Id spend a little more money and get a better-built setup if you can.
