Manfrotto Xpro Video Monopod Mvh500ah

I've just used it on one occasion for wild life, birds etc. 80 yrs of age I needed a strong monopod to steady the camera. This does the job. It is quite heavy though and not as compact as some. I'd recommend a Manfrotto head to allow easier swivel and tilt.

A very sturdy well made addition when you don't want to carry a tripod

I bought this monpod to use with my sigma 150-600mm + camera while out photographing wildlife. It's a very sturdy product, easy to use and very flexible and fast for my needs compared to the tripod I previously used.
